Please read these carefully before booking me to record your voice over.

Business Terms...

The price I quote will be based on the information you give me.  If the information is incomplete, or needs correcting at a later stage, the quote may also need ammending at a later stage.  I will agree any changes with you before commencing work.

If the scope of the job changes once work has started, for example extra material is added to the script to be recorded, this will be chargeable.

Payment for new clients is in advance via BACS bank transfer, or Paypal.  Once the quote is agreed, I will send you an invoice so you can process the payment.  Payments via Paypal incurr a 5% surcharge to cover fees.

For established clients with good history, I can invoice after recording.  Invoices must be settled within 14 days.

Recording Terms...

Unusual words - for any non-English words, technical terms, slang, acronyms, phone numbers, abbreviations, please indicate in the script exactly how these should be pronounced.  If there are no instructions, I will record as I think best, and if any changes are needed later there will be a charge for the re-recording.

Revisions - I always strive to make my customers happy, and I'm  happy to make minor "tweaks" and revisions to achieve this, included in the price.  I will always fix any mistakes I have made, that are my fault, at no charge.  If you make later changes to the script that require me to re-record, this will be chargeable.  If you require re-recording due to style changes or directional changes, if you gave me no directional cues, or if you prefer me to give a different interpretation, this will incurr an additional charge to cover the extra recording time taken.  Additional costs will be explained before any re-recording takes place, and invoiced.

All recordings are licensed to you, according to the terms agreed in the quotation and invoice.  Ownership of the copyright in the recordings remains mine.  If you require a complete buyout, please ask and we can agree a price.  For any additional uses of the recordings other than those agreed, I must be notified in advance, there will be additional charges for the change of use.
